Unregistered guests are not allowed without prior authorisation. Any damage must be reported immediately. 🔇 Respect for Neighbours Avoid loud noises. Parties and events are not permitted. 🚭 Smoking & Pets Smoking is prohibited inside the flat. It is only permitted on the balcony/terrace. Pets are not allowed. 🗑️ Cleaning & Waste Please separate your waste and dispose of it in the appropriate bins. Before check-out, please leave the kitchen clean and do not leave any food open. 💰 Deposit & Damage A deposit may be required and will be returned after check-out if there is no damage.
