The apartment must be left tidy and in good condition.

Unregistered guests are not permitted without prior authorization.

Any damage must be reported immediately.

🔇 Respect for the Neighbors: Avoid loud noises.

Parties and events are not permitted.

🚭 Smoking & Pets: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony/terrace. Pets: Not allowed.

🗑️ Cleaning & Waste: Please separate waste and dispose of it in the appropriate containers. Before checking out, please leave the kitchen clean and do not leave open food.

💰 Deposit & Damages: A deposit may be required and will be returned after checkout if there are no damages. Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
